Dewin has been at the Welshsporthorse stud for 16 years now and has produced around 50 progeny recorded in various stud books. All have been talented, rideable good natured horses out of a great variety of mares .
He was presented for grading with the Sport pony Studbook Society in October 2007 and received the accolade of the highest marks ever given overall.
He attended the PSHP Stallion parade at Moulton College in March 2008 and while WSH are not trying to persuade everybody to breed pure Welsh Cobs we feel that recognition must be stressed that even a small percentage of Welsh blood can contribute hugely into any breed .
Dewin himself has won many showing Championships but his main talent lay in the Dressage field , he also hunted regularly, was driven and even took part in some Endurance rides - a testimony to his sane temperament.
His oldest progeny are 10 years old now and are themselves doing exceptionally well in their various fields.
Dewin is available by fresh and chilled semen and mares are taken for natural Covering as well.
